Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DrBernieCoach.com, I am committed to providing an evidence-based, highly strategic coaching experience. The 12-Week Second Act Intensive requires a significant commitment of time, energy, and focus from both of us. To protect the integrity of the program and ensure you are fully invested in your results, the following policies apply:

The 12-Week Intensive Commitment

Because I strictly limit the number of clients I take on during any given cohort, your enrollment secures one of those dedicated spots.

Pre-Program Cancellation: If you enroll and need to cancel before your first scheduled strategy session, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee). You must notify me via email at least 48 hours before your first session.

Mid-Program: Once the 12-week program has commenced and the first session has been conducted, all program fees are non-refundable. You are investing in a comprehensive 12-week strategic framework, not an hourly subscription. Your success relies on your commitment to seeing the process through to the end.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

Consistency is a required system for your success in this intensive.

If you need to reschedule our weekly 60-minute video call, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will work to reschedule the call within that same calendar week.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled call, will result in the forfeiture of that week's session. It will not be refunded or added to the end of the 12 weeks.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that severe, unforeseen emergencies happen. In the event of a significant medical emergency or severe crisis, please message me. These rare situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if a program pause or partial refund is appropriate.

Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
