Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DrBernieCoach.com, I am committed to providing an evidence-based, highly strategic coaching experience. Whether you are enrolled in The 12-Week Second Act Intensive, Christian Coaching, or General Strategic Coaching, these programs require a significant commitment of time, energy, and focus from both of us. To protect the integrity of your program and ensure you are fully invested in your results, the following policies apply:
Program Enrollment & Fee Policy
Because I strictly limit the number of clients I take on during any given period, your enrollment secures a dedicated spot in my calendar.
Pre-Program Cancellation: If you enroll and need to cancel before your first scheduled strategy session, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee). You must notify me via email at least 48 hours prior to your first session.
Mid-Program / Post-Start Commitments: Once your program has commenced and the first session has been conducted, all program fees are non-refundable. You are investing in a comprehensive, structured strategic coaching framework rather than an hourly subscription. Your success relies on your commitment to seeing the process through to the end.
Rescheduling & No-Shows
Consistency is a vital component of your growth and momentum across all coaching tracks.
24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule our weekly 60-minute video call, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Every effort will be made to reschedule the call within that same calendar week, subject to calendar availability.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled call without notice, will result in the forfeiture of that week's session. Missed sessions will not be refunded, credited, or appended to the end of your program block.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that severe, unforeseen emergencies happen. In the event of a significant medical emergency or severe crisis, please contact me directly. These rare situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if a temporary program pause or partial refund is appropriate.
Refund Processing
Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
